Refunds - ZEN panel documentation

Transactions processed via ZEN.COM can be partially or fully Refunded to the Payer. Refunds can be processed in two ways:

in the my.zen.com panel, or

via API.

To Refund the Transaction in the my.zen.com panel:

Click the Shop selector icon

Choose the desired Shop context

Choose the desired Shop context by clicking its name. You can scroll up / scroll down Shop listing if necessary.

Get your Transactions

Go to your list of Shop's Transactions section to get the detailed information.

Get more Transactions

Click Show more button to expand the list of latest Transactions.

Click the desired Transaction to refund

Click the desired Transaction on the Transactions list.

View the Transaction details

Click Refund icon

Click Refund icon for the selected Transaction.

Refund icon is not visible for Transactions where Refund was previously done.

Enter the Refund amount

Enter the Refund amount for the selected Transaction. The Refunded amount cannot be lower than the min. Transaction value, nor greater than the amount of Refunded Transaction. Click Yes button to confirm the Refund Transaction.
