As the Payment Service Provider, ZEN.COM keeps the Payment history for 6 months both for Payments section and Transactions sections. Older Payments are archived in Reports, where ZEN.COM deliveres data on your request only. It means you should describe the report parameters and generate the report to get the requested data.All reports are provided in CSV file and you can get them directly via your my.zen.com Merchant panel.E-commerce reports are generated according to GMT+0 time zone. This means that the full day for the reports you generate, may not coincide with your time zone. Once it’s ready, we will notify all defined recipients via email.
