Multiple accounts - ZEN panel documentation

ZEN.COM allows to manage multiple accounts within one my.zen.com login. Each account could contain different Shops and related terminals. It is required to connect them with particular phone number, which with you will be able to gather all accounts in my.zen.com Merchant panel.

Using your unique credentials log in to your my.zen.com Merchant panel

Open account menu

Click account icon to enlarge account menu

Expand the list of abailable accounts

Expand the list of available accounts by clicking the icon V.

Select the desired account

Select the desired account context by clicking corresponding icon.

Please note that each account may have access to different functionalities and configuration options.
