Transaction confirmation e-mail - ZEN panel documentation

Regardless of your integration method with ZEN.COM, you can choose whether you’d like your Customers to receive a notification from the ZEN.COM system confirming a Payment made in your Shop. Enabling this option will result in an e-mail confirmation of the charge being sent to your Customer each time your Customer make a Payment in your Shop through a Payment method integrated with ZEN.COM.

A valid email address from the Customer is required for this service to function properly.

To enable the feature:

Click the Shop selector icon

Choose the desired Shop context

Choose the desired Shop context by clicking its name. You can scroll up / scroll down Shop listing if necessary.

Click Store settings menu

Click Store settings menu button to get to the Payment methods section.

Go to Terminal tab

Go to "Terminal" tab and choose your Terminal.

Enable Transaction confirmation e-mail feature

Scroll down to the Notifications section and swipe right the toggle button represents Send the customer a ZEN transaction confirmation via email feature.

To disable feature plesae swipe left the toggle button represents Send the customer a ZEN transaction confirmation via email feature.
