New currency exchange - ZEN panel documentation

You can start new currency exchange process in two sections of my.zen.com Merchant's panel:
Currency exchange menu.
Account balance from Accounts menu.

To start the process:

Go to currency exchange menu

Go to currency exchange menu in left sided main menu, or

Go to Accounts -> Account list -> Choose desired account (as shown in Account list section.

Choose the exchange account

Select the account from which you would like to make the currency exchange Transaction.

Choose the receive account

Select the account to which you would like to currency exchange Transaction.

Enter the amount

Enter the currency exchange Transaction amount to get the receive currency exchange.

Confirm your Transaction

Click Continue button to confirm your currency exchange Transaction.
