New transfer - ZEN panel documentation

To add new transfer:

Go to Transfers menu

Click Sendouts -> New transfer menu or click Transfers icon to start the process.

Choose the account

Select the account from which you would like to make the transfer. Please note, the transfer will be send in currency related to the selected account.

Enter the amount

Enter the transfer amount. Available transfer type is related to the account and the transfer amount.

Select the transfer context

Depending on the transfer receiver choose the right business / personal transfer context.

Enter the transfer receiver details

Enter the transfer receiver details and the transfer title.

You can save the entered recipient as well as save the entered recipiend as trusted. Saving the recipient will enable you to use their data for future transfers. Saving a recipient as trusted will allow you to make transfers without additional verification via SMS.

Check the transfer

Continue the process by clicking Continue button. check the transfer and continue by clicking Continue button or save the transfer for future approval by clicking Approve later button.

To approve the transfer later please go to Sendouts -> Transfers for approval sub-menu

Confirm the transfer

Enter the one-time code password which we sent to your registered phone number to confirm the transfer. Click Continue button to proceed.

Once the transfer is confirmed it is not possible to change it.
