Enter your phone number
Enter phone number you add during onboarding process, and click
Log in to your business account button.

Enter the one-time code
Enter the 6-digit one-time code
ZEN.COM sends you via SMS to your phone number, and click
continue button.
You did not receive one-time code? Click Send again button.

Enter the passcode
Enter the passcode for your business account login. It is 4-digit code you created during your onboarding process. Click
Log in to your business account button to log in.
Please note your 4-digit passcode is the same for your business and customer account authentication.
Forgot your passcode?
Click Forgot your passcode button to resend your passcode to your registrated e-mail address. After successful log in to my.zen.com Merchant's panel, you will see the main dasboard view.Depending on the type of services provided for your organization and the environment you have access to, the views, pages and options in the Merchant panel may vary. You may have access to all services or only selected features. This documentation describes all available services, but you may not have access to all of them.Please note that not all elements of the Payment system can be configured, and not all elements can be changed from the Merchant panel. Some settings can only be changed by authorized ZEN.COM employees. If you need to change such settings, please contact your account manager.
