About Store settings - ZEN panel documentation

The Store settings tab is divided into three main sections:

Context tabs, where you can manage between dedicated setting contexts

Store logo management

Documentation quick access

Shop Id quick access

In the "Store settings" menu, you can make adjustments to your Shop(s)’s settings according to your assigned permissions. Not all parameters can be changed through the my.zen.com Merchant's panel. Please note that some settings, such as commission rates, the method of calculating them, settlement delays, etc., are configured directly by authorized ZEN.COM employees and cannot be changed from the my.zen.com panel.
