Through the Merchant panel at my.zen.com, you can conveniently and quickly access a list of all users associated with your company account. This is the main view after navigating to the "Team members" tab.The tab is divided into six sections:1.
Information about the number of users assigned to the company account. The number in parentheses represents the number of active users.

Option to add a new user. Click the icon to open the menu for adding a new user.

Toggle between the list of users with access to the my.zen.com panel and users who have been invited but have not yet activated their access. Click the desired option to display the corresponding list.

User search bar (to search the particular user simply provide desired. Enter the desired phrase and confirm to search for a user.
5.
User filtering options. Expand the list to view available filters.
6.
List of users / list of invited users (depending on the context). Click on the desired user to view available details.
To quickly find the desired user, you can use the search function (4) or filter users based on their assigned role (5).Please note that the dropdown list in the "role" filter only includes roles that have been assigned to at least one user from the current list. Modified at 2025-07-10 09:12:29
