The "Roles and permissions" section allows for comprehensive management of both default and custom user roles and permissions associated with the main company account, including but not limited to:

viewing active roles
2.
viewing active permissions
3.
adding roles and permissions
4.
editing existing custom roles and permissions
5.
deleting existing custom roles and permissions
Please note that not all elements can be edited for default roles and permissions. Default roles and permissions also cannot be removed from the system.
To access the "Roles and permissions" section:

Log in to your my.zen.com panel
Using your unique credentials log in to your my.zen.com Merchant panel

Go to 'My company' section
Click account icon to enlarge account menu and then choose "My company" option.

Go to 'Roles and permissions' section
Click "Manage" button related to the "Roles and permissions" section.
