Adding a new recipient

It is possible to add two types of recipients to your ZEN.COM account:
Standard recipient. Saving the recipient will enable you to use their data for future transfers.
Trusted recipient. Saving a recipient as trusted will allow you to make transfers without additional verification via SMS.
You can add the new recipient and the new trusted recipient from the new transfer process as well as from dedicated sub-menu.
Add the new recipient using menu

Go to Recipients menu
Click Sendouts -> Recipients menu to start the process.

Click Add recipient button
Click Add recipient button to display new window with the new recipient form.

Select the recipient's type
Choose the recipient's type (company / personal) by clicking corresponding context.

Enter the recipient's data
Enter all required recipient's data corresponding to its context (company / personal). Confirm by clicking Add recipient button.

It is possible to ave the recipient as trusted. To do so, click Save recipient as trusted checkbox before clicking Add recipient button.

Confirm the process
Confirm the new recipient by entering one time password which ZEN.COM sent you to your registered phone number. Click Continue button to confirm the process. Your newly added recipient will be visible now on your recipients list / trusted recipients list.
