For plugin integration ZEN.COM supports the production environment only.The simplicity of integration and the repeatability of processes mean that there is no need to test the connection between the Shop and the ZEN.COM Payment system for every integration. If your Shop is based on one of the platforms supported by our e-commerce plugins, and no custom changes have been made in the Shop's backend, you can be sure that Payment processing will proceed without any issues.Main rules:

You need to be fully onboarded to get access to production environment Merchant panel

Available Payment methods depend on your subscription plan and agreement.

All information required for integration you will find in our API reference documentation, checkout integration documentation or plugin integration documentation (depending on your type of integration).
In the control panel you have possibility to track your Transaction, create Refunds, manage you Shop settings etc… You can find there as well Credentials to your Shop / Terminal API.
