Currency exchanges list - ZEN panel documentation

Each currency exchange Transaction is settled to your ZEN.COM IBAN account. You can find all Transactions in Accounts section of your ZEN.COM Merchant panel.

To get your currency exchange Transactions:

Click Accounts menu

Go to All transactions sub-menu

Click Accounts located in main panel menu, and then select All transactions option.

Find the desired currency exchange Transaction(s)

Find the desired Transaction on the list or use the filtering option to locate currency exchange Transactions.

You can easily search and filter you Transactions using our embedded, intuitive tools. To do so:

Click Filters button or enter the desired phrase into Search bar

Enter the desired phrase for searched Transaction (e.g. Transaction number or type of Transaction) or click Filters button to expand the filter modal.

Select desired filters

Select the Transaction filters by which you want to filter for the Transaction. You can choose from:

Date from / date to

Amount from / amount to

Transaction type. Multiple Transaction types e.g.:

incoming cashback

manual correction

e-commerce settlement

currency exchange

ZEN fee

card payment

card payment refund

money return

cashback return

digital sendout

top-up

incoming transfers

outgoing transfers

ATM withdrawal

Transaction status. Multiple Transaction statuses e.g.:

completed

pending

rejected

Apply filter

Click Apply button to apply your filter(s).
