Payment methods - ZEN panel documentation

Some of the settings related to Payment methods or Payment channels available in your Shop or on a specific Terminal can be managed directly through the Merchant panel at my.zen.com.

In your my.zen.com Merchant's panel, according to your preferences, you can turn ON and OFF any Payment method related to your subscription plan. The methods which logos are colorful are the ones enabled. On the checkout page, your Customers will only see the methods which are turned ON.

WARNING

Payment methods settings are related to the Terminal context. Please note, when changing any Payment methods settings you should choose the desired terminal first and then apply required changes for each Terminal context.

How to enable Payment method?

Click the Shop selector icon

Choose the desired Shop context

Choose the desired Shop context by clicking its name. You can scroll up / scroll down Shop listing if necessary.

Click Store settings menu

Click Store settings menu button to get to the Payment methods section.

Choose the terminal

From the dropdown list select the Terminal for which you want to make changes to the Payment methods.

Enable / disable Payment method(s)

Click on Payment method icon to enable / disable. When clicked - icon will change its colour. If colourful - Payment method is enabled. If greyed - Payment method is disabled.
