The "Team members" section allows for comprehensive management of users associated with the main account, including but not limited to:

Viewing active users

To access the "Team members" section:

Log in to your my.zen.com panel
Using your unique credentials log in to your my.zen.com Merchant panel

Go to 'My company' section
Click account icon to enlarge account menu and then choose "My company" option.
