Filtering Transactions

The my.zen.com Merchant panel allows you for filtering e-commerce Transactions based on specified parameters. You can easily search for a specific Transaction by selecting the type of Transaction.
To filter your Transactions:

Click the Shop selector icon

Choose the desired Shop context
Choose the desired Shop context by clicking its name. You can scroll up / scroll down Shop listing if necessary.

Get your Transactions
Go to your list of Shop's Transactions section to get the detailed information.

Get more Transactions
Click Show more button to expand the list of latest Transactions.

Click 'Latest all transactions' link
Click Latest all transactions link to expand the filter menu.

Select the Transaction type
Select the Transaction type parameter by which you want to filter for the Transaction. You can choose from:
1.
All Transactions
2.
Purchase Transactions
3.
Refund Transactions
4.
Sendout Transactions
