Merchant panel provides user management feature, to help by selfcare to manage your business team within the ZEN.COM business accounts at my.zen.com.It’s possible to manage team members (invite new one, manage existing), set totally new, custom roles, or use predefined one. Very precisely manage accounts access with a dedicated level of financial privileges to each of your IBAN accounts. No Support Team is needed to add to your company new users, even if they are outside of ZEN.COM ecosystem. For them, dedicated invitation’s e-mail will be sent to provide them with a simple path to create needed account with access to your company. And all of that you can do with your "My Company" section within the Merchant panel.
The ability to manage users and their roles within the my.zen.com Merchant panel depends on the individual permissions of your account.
How to go to the user management section:

Log in to your my.zen.com panel
Using your unique credentials log in to your my.zen.com Merchant panel

Go to 'My company' section
Click account icon to enlarge account menu and then choose "My company" option.
The "My company" homepage is divided into three sections:

Company information (not editable by the user)
2.
Management of users assigned to the main account
3.
Management of roles and permissions for users assigned to the main account
