Filtering recipients - ZEN panel documentation

The my.zen.com Merchant panel allows you for searching and filtering saved recipients based on specified parameters. You can easily search the recipient by entering its name in Search bar or filter by selecting the type of recipient or account currency.

How to filter recipients

Open Sendouts menu

Click Sendouts to open Sendouts menu.

Open Recipients menu

Click Recipients to open Recipients menu.

Choose recipient type context

Select the recipient type context between individual recipients and business recipients.

Select the currency account

Select the currency account related to the filtered recipients.

How to search a recipient
