The Merchant Panel at my.zen.com enables managing multiple user accounts as well as multiple Shops associated with those accounts. In the Account management and Shop selector sections, we provide detailed instructions on how to manage each feature.The Add store section allows for the quick and intuitive creation of a new Shop, adding it to the account currently active in the my.zen.com Merchant's panel. To add a new Shop:

Click Add store icon
In the main menu click Add store icon.

Enter your new Shop URL
Enter you new Shop URL address. It is important to provide the real URL address, because our onboarding team will verify that the information on the website matches your declarations.

Choose business line
From the drop-down list choose business line of your Shop. It is important to provide the real business line, because our onboarding team will verify that the information on the website matches your declarations.

Choose type of business
From the drop-down list choose type of business of your Shop. It is important to provide the real type of business, because our onboarding team will verify that the information on the website matches your declarations.

Provide sales data
In the last step provide us your declaration about estimated monthly turnover in Euro currency and estimated monthly orders number. This information is really important for us, because we want to adapt our systems to accommodate the potential influx of new Customers who may arrive through your new Shop.

Click Apply button
Click Apply button to proceed the application. We will notify you via e-mail about your new Shop configuration accomplished.
