Each Transaction in your Shop is settled to your ZEN.COM IBAN account (unless specified otherwise in the contract or T&C of your Payment processor, e.g. PayPal).The settlement time depends on the settlement delay and the security deposit values per Payment method. ZEN.COM specifies settlement delay and security deposit periods in your contract, T&C, and an email confirming the activation of your Shop in ZEN.COM.You can find all the settlements for specified currencies in your ZEN.COM account’s Transaction history.

Go to All transactions sub-menu
Click Accounts located in main panel menu, and then select All transactions option.

Find the desired Transaction
Find the desired Transaction on the list or use the filtering option to locate Transactions that meet your specific criteria.

You can easily search and filter you Transactions using our embedded, intuitive tools. To do so:

Click Filters button or enter the desired phrase into Search bar
Enter the desired phrase for searched Transaction (e.g. Transaction number or type of Transaction) or click Filters button to expand the filter modal.
