Editing and deleting an user

Using the my.zen.com portal, you can edit certain data of existing users as well as remove them from the system (this includes the option to delete sent invitations for new users).
Please note that you cannot edit the basic details of active users, such as first name, last name, email address, or phone number. The only way to change this type of information is to delete the existing user and send a new invitation with the updated details.
