Adding a new card - ZEN panel documentation

You can order several physical and virtual business cards through your ZEN.COM Merchant panel, depending on your plan. To do so:

Click Cards menu

Add new card

Click Plus icon to order the new card.

Read and accept terms and conditions

Read the special insurance terms and the personal data processing brochure, and check the checkbox that you agreed with our terms.

Choose the card type

Click the button related to the card typ you would like to order.

Enter a cardholder's data

Enter all required data to order the new card, including the cardholder's name, company name, and address. Click Continue button to proceed data.

Create PIN

Create and confirm PIN for your new card. Click Got it to proceed data.

All done

All done. If you want to, you can activate your card (by clicking Activate now button) and use your physical card as vitual card before your physical card is delivered to you..
