In case of a stolen card, reasonable suspicions that it may have been or could be used by unauthorized individuals, or if you decide you no longer wish to use the ZEN.COM card in the future, you can remove or block it through the my.zen.com Merchant panel.To block or remove your card:

Choose a card type to manage
Choose a card type you would like to block / remove by clicking one of the sub-menu buttons.

Choose a card to block / remove
Select the card you would like to block / remove by clicking on its icon. A dedicated card context will be displayed.

Go to the Security sub-menu
Click the Security button to go to the Security sub-menu.

Block / remove the card
Depending on your requirements, choose the right option to block or remove your card.
