Refunds
Click Payment section
Click corresponding Payment icon on the left-sided menu.
Click the desired Transaction to Refund
Click the desired Transaction to Refund on the Payments list.
View the transaction details
Click Refund icon
Click Refund icon for the selected Transaction.
Refund icon is not visible for Transactions where Refund was previously done.

Enter the Refund amount
Enter the Refund amount for the selected Transaction. The Refunded amount cannot be lower than the min. Transaction value, nor greater than the amount of Refunded Transaction. Click Yes button to confirm the Refund Transaction.
