Transaction details - ZEN panel documentation

You can easily get Transaction details for each Transaction directly from your my.zen.com Merchant panel. To get to the Transaction details section:

Click Accounts menu

Choose Account list sub-menu

Click Account list sub-menu from the drop-down list.

Click desired account

Choose desired account from the list to display its details.

Click the desired Transaction

Click the desired Transaction on the Transactions list to expand its details.

From this position it is possible to download the statement. To get your statement for this particular transaction:

Click Download statement button

View your statement

Refunds are not yet available in the web version of our service. To use this feature you should go to the mobile application.
