We place great importance on ensuring that our services are simple and intuitive. Therefore, when designing each of them, we pay particular attention to the perspective of our system users. However, sometimes things may not be as easy and straightforward as we would like. This is why, within the my.zen.com Merchant's panel, we provide you with the Support and Help sections, which are accessible from two locations:
The Account management section,
Each page you are on, as a floating button in the bottom right corner.
Selecting the Support or Help menu will open a chat with one of our team members, who will be happy to assist you with any issues you report. When you access the Support or Help menu via Merchant Panel, no additional authentication is required to receive the information you need. Our team member is notified that you are a logged-in user of our Merchant Panel while chatting with you.
