This increases the chance of recovering an abandoned cart caused, for example, by the buyer leaving the purchase process.\n \nIn the email sent, the buyer will find information about the abandoned order along with a link that automatically redirects them to the **ZEN.COM** checkout, where they will be able to complete the Payment.\n \nIt is possible to send a message to a single selected Customer, as well as to select multiple unpaid Transactions and send notifications in bulk to many Customers at once.\n \n \nThe Payment rettemption service allows an order abandoned by your Shop’s Customer to be paid through the **ZEN.COM** checkout. It uses the standard email template configured for your Shop, adjusting its content and including a link that enables the buyer to complete the Payment for the initiated order. \n \nAfter you select one or multiple unpaid Transactions and confirm the action of sending the email, a message enabling Payment for the Transaction will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
