Configuration, changing account settings, requesting new services, managing settings, and many other tasks can be performed directly through the Merchant panel available at my.zen.com.Depending on the type of services provided for your organization, the views, pages and options in the Merchant panel may vary. You may have access to all services or only selected features. This documentation describes all available services, but you may not have access to all of them.Please note that not all elements of the Payment system can be configured, and not all elements can be changed from the Merchant panel. Some settings can only be changed by authorized ZEN.COM employees. If you need to change such settings, please contact your account manager.
