WARNING
This manual is intended solely for the Magento version 2.0.x - 2.2.x. Before the installation please ensure you are using the appropriate version.
Plugin installation & activation

Download the plugin
Download the latest version of ZEN.COM plugin dedicated for Magento 2.0.x - 2.2.x from the link embedded above.

Log in to your hosting
Log in to your Magento shop hosting and go to app/code catalogue.

Upload the plugin
Upload ZEN.COM plugin dedicated for Magento 2.0.x - 2.2.x to the catalogue and execute the unzip command.

Execute the commands
Go to the root directory and execute commands listed below:
bin/magento module:enable Zen_Paymentpage --clear-static-content
bin/magento setup:upgrade
bin/magento setup:di:compile
bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
bin/magento cache:clean
bin/magento cache:flush
Plugin configuration

Log in to your Magento admin panel

Start the configuration
Go to Stores and click Configuration.

Go to Payment methods
In the Configuration menu view, scroll to the Sales menu, click to expand it, and then go to Payment Methods.

Go to ZEN.COM payments
In the Payment Methods menu view, scroll to the Other Payment Methods, click to expand it, and go to ZEN.COM payments

Set the plugin enabled
Set Enabled option to “Yes”.

Enter the credentials
Enter your authentication credentials.

Configure the Payment module name
In Payment title enter the name that will be displayed for the ZEN.COM payment module in your e-commerce Shop.

Add currencies
Write down the currencies you will serve for customers in your Shop.

Save the configuration
Click Save config button to confirm and save the configuration

If the ZEN.COM Payment option is not visible or does not display correctly in your Shop, follow these steps:

Log in to your Magento admin panel.

Manage the cache
Go to System and in Tools menu click Cache Management option.

Select all cache
In Mass action menu select all cache

Refresh
From Actions choose Refresh

Click submit button

Click Flush Cache Storage button

Flush Magento Cache button
