Registration - ZEN plugin documentation

After receiving an email from ZEN.COM confirming the acceptance of your registration application, click on the link to start the registration process in our Payment system. Fill in all the fields in the form accurately.

The registration form dynamically adjusts the fields required based on the range of services you wish to integrate with, the country of registration of your organization, the representatives of the organization, the legal form, and other factors.

CAUTION

Before submitting the registration form and sending the application to ZEN.COM, ensure that the information provided is complete and accurate. Submitting incomplete or incorrect information may result in the rejection of your application and the failure to create an account in the ZEN.COM Payment system.

Once your account is created, you will gain access to the Merchant panel at my.zen.com and the respective environments (production or testing), allowing you to log into your account.

WARNING

Please note that before the verification process is completed, your account will not be active, and you will not be able to use ZEN.COM services.
