Before you begin - ZEN plugin documentation

Please note that each e-commerce platform requires a dedicated plugin to correctly process Payments from your Shop. Search for the appropriate plugin in our resources, considering the platform for which it was designed and the version of the platform it supports, e.g., Prestashop v. 1.7.xx.

If the platform you are using is not listed among the available plugins, or if there is no dedicated plugin for the specific version of the platform you are using, please use API integration mode or Checkout integration mode or contact your business manager.

To begin integrating your Shop with ZEN.COM, you should choose Payment methods and Payment channels available in your Shop, and also prepare all the data necessary for identification and authorization, which you can find in the Merchant panel at my.zen.com.

Go to Payment methods

Open the menu and go to Store settings > Payment methods.

Select Payment methods

Now, select Payment methods which you would like to enable on your checkout page.

Multiple terminal setup

Note: For a multiple-terminal setup, please make sure to select the desired Terminal from the dropdown list.

Get your credentials

Go to Settings page and check your integration Credentials.
