Locating Transactions in my.zen.com - ZEN API documentation

You can display, search and filter all Transactions processed with ZEN.COM in your my.zen.com.

To do this:

Go to your my.zen.com panel

Select the Payments section from the menu

Use basic search

You can easily search for a specific Transaction by selecting the type of filter from the Search in field and then entering the desired value in the Search field.

Use advanced search tool

You can use the advanced Transaction search tool. To do this, click the filtering icon on the right. In the expanded window, specify the parameters by which you want to search for the Transaction (e.g., date, Transaction amount, currency, Transaction status, Payment channel).
