Before you begin testing our solutions or start processing Payments within the ZEN.COM Payment system, you must first register an account in our system. Registration is available for both the production and test environments and consists of several steps, during which we will collect information about your organization necessary for the subsequent activation of appropriate services.
To start the registration process, go to the page https://www.zen.com/contact-form/ and fill in your organization's basic information. After correctly completing the form and submitting it to ZEN.COM, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your information, along with a link that will allow you to begin the registration process in our system.

Before you begin the registration process in ZEN.COM Payment system, please prepare the following information:
1.
Full registration details of the organization
2.
Your organization documents (an extract or excerpt from the relevant register).
3.
A list of individuals authorized to represent the organization
4.
A list of the organization's ultimate beneficial owners
5.
Documents confirming the personal data of the individuals authorized to represent the organization and the ultimate beneficial owners (ID card or an equivalent document)
6.
The scope of the organization's activities (main sources of income)
7.
Service URL (for e-commerce Shops only)
