ZEN.COM Cashback is a feature that refunds a portion of the amount spent on purchases in your Shop back to Customers. It’s an additional benefit that encourages Customers to buy more frequently at your Shop. This directly impacts an increase in conversions, the number of Transactions, the number of products added to the cart, and the average Transaction value.

Service validates whether cashback should be displayed for the Customer in specific Transaction on checkout. It determines the amount of cashback also.

The cashback amount is deducted from the Merchant's ZEN.COM account
