For security reasons, access to the ZEN.COM sandbox environment is restricted to a selected group of Merchants and is protected by: Whitelisting of Merchant IP addresses,
Whitelisting of the Merchant’s test store website address,
Individual passwords and authorization keys.This means that using the test environment is only possible after: The ZEN.COM integration team has added the Merchant’s IP address to the whitelist,
The ZEN.COM integration team has added the Merchant’s test Shop address to the whitelist,
The Merchant has been properly and fully authorized using valid authorization keys and passwords.Authorization keys assigned to your test account can be found in the https://my.zen-test.com/ panel. Visit our Merchant panel documentation https://docs.zen.com/payments/merchant-panel/api-credentials to learn how to get your authorization keys from our Merchant's panel. Please note that depending on the type of integration you choose (full API integration / checkout integration / plugin integration), a different set of authorization keys is required - please refer to the data provided in your Merchant panel.Authorization keys for the test environment and authorization keys for the production environment are different. Make sure you are using the authorization keys corresponding to the correct environment.
