Access to the sandbox

The test environments are available at the following addresses:
https://secure.zen-test.com/api/checkouts (for integrations where the payer is redirected to the ZEN.COM checkout)
https://api.zen-test.com/ (for full integration with the ZEN.COM API)

Depending on the type of integration, use the appropriate test environment address. Please note that in the case of integration with redirection to the ZEN.COM checkout (https://secure.zen-test.com/api/checkouts), it is only possible to process purchase Transactions. Other functionalities of the ZEN.COM ecosystem require a full integration with our API, available at https://api.zen-test.com/.

To gain access to the ZEN.COM test environment, please contact your business representative or our integration team directly at [email protected]. In your email, include the following information:

The full name of your company,

The complete company address, including postal code and country,

Your company’s identification number (e.g. tax identification number),

The name of your ZEN.COM business representative,

The URL of your test store,

The type of integration with ZEN.COM you wish to test (API / checkout / plugin / other),

The IP address that ZEN.COM should whitelist for communication,

The period of time for which you need access to the ZEN.COM test environment.

In a reply from our ZEN.COM integration team, you will receive access credentials to the https://my.zen-test.com/ panel, including:

A phone number in the format +48 xxx xxx xxx
A six-digit OTP code in the format xxx - xxx
A four-digit PIN code in the format xxxx

These credentials will be required to log in to the Merchant panel, where you will find the necessary authorization keys for the test environment and manage your test account.

For security reasons, do not share your access credentials to the https://my.zen-test.com/ test panel or any identifiers that allow connection to the ZEN.COM API with anyone.
